How do I become a verified tutor?

Apply through our Tutor Registration page. After submitting your NID and academic credentials you will receive a response within 5–7 business days.

Is the first session refundable?

Yes. If you're unhappy with your first session for any reason, contact us within 48 hours and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Which payment methods are supported?

We support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are encrypted and receipted.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes, from your student dashboard you can reschedule or cancel a session up to 6 hours before it starts.
